Ota Kulhánek

With over 35 years of work experience, I went through various positions in the areas of General Management, Finance & Administration and Project Management in various industrial sectors like Logistics, Manufacturing, Outsourcing, Consulting, and ERP Implementation.
During my career, I gained work experience in both business development and operations. I have been dealing with setting up an optimal management operating system, external and internal audits, automation, and digitization. I also have many years of experience in managing client relationships.
In addition to business experience, I am a certified coach and mentor. In my practice, I focus on coaching to achieve personal goals and manage stress. I specialize in healthy breathing, ice bathing and natural running. I am an instructor of Wim Hof Method, Oxygen Advantage and Buteyko Method and ChiRunnig.
Accenture (18 years)
Responsible for building Business Process Outsourcing centers for more than 10 clients from various industries: Technology, FMCG, Agriculture, Automotive, Pharma, and Insurance with more than 500FTE.
Business Service Centers under my responsibility delivered various business processes: Finance and Accounting (RTR, PTP, OTC, Controlling), HR, IT, Supply Chain, Graphical design, and Executive assistant support.
Responsible for delivery management covering the whole life cycle of the Business Service Center: Transition, Governance, Operational Excellence Maturity, Business Continuity, Innovation, and Automation.
Additional responsibility for Continuous Improvement, People agenda, Service Levels, Audits, Client Relationship Management, and Budgeting

Cost control Manager for one French entity in Germany with direct responsibility for implementation of Cost control procedures.

Deputy of CFO for two entities in Czech Republic and Director for all subsidiaries. Direct responsibility for Controlling and implementation of Cost cutting principles in all entities, where i was appointed as company executive.
